Double duty today!

First up: I’ll be with Arturo O’Farrill and the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra, playing a broadcast on Sirius XM radio from 2-3pm EST. I’ll update this post with more details of the precise station if I can find them! Update: It was a recording for a broadcast at a later time. Details as I get them!

Then, this evening I’ll be with Mike Longo’s NY State of the Art Jazz Ensemble at the Baha’i Center NYC, 11th St between University Place and Broadway, for Jazz Tuesdays. We play 2 shows from 8pm.

Tonight, I’ll be with Orrin Evans’ Captain Black Big Band at Smoke Jazz and Supper Club, uptown in Manhattan. We play 2 shows; at 7pm and 9pm. Great club, great music. What better way to kick off the New Year!!
