Looking forward to playing with the Birdland Big Band, this evening, as they pay their regular Friday visit to the club. We’ll be holding court from 5:15-7:00pm. Come hang!

Had an enjoyable, if rainy, couple of days down in Charleston, SC. Now heading back up to NYC, where I’ll be joining Swingadelic for their regular Monday night hit at Swing 46. We’ll be swinging for your dancing pleasure from 8:30-11:30pm. Come on by!

Looking forward to playing with Arturo O’Farrill and the Afro-Latin Jazz Orchestra, this evening, for our 2nd night at the Spoleto Festival in Charleston, SC. Once again, we’ll be playing indoors at the TD Arena, as the weather hasn’t improved much since yesterday. Hope to see you there!

Tonight, we’re down in Charleston, SC with Arturo O’Farrill and the Afro-Latin Jazz Orchestra, playing at the Spoleto Festival. We’ve been moved indoors because of the inclement weather, so we’ll be at the TD Arena at 9pm. Come and check it out if you’re nearby!

First, I’ll be with the George Gee Swing Orchestra at Smalls Jazz Club, from 4:30-7:00pm. Come through and swing with us, or watch online at SmallsLive.com.

Then, I’ll be heading uptown to join Arturo O’Farrill and the Afro-Latin Jazz Orchestra at Birdland. 2 shows, at 9pm and 11pm, as usual. Last night’s show at The Apollo Theater, with Dr Cornel West, was an incredible experience. This promises to be an extra festive one tonight!
