Looking forward to playing with the great Mike Longo and his big band, the NY State of the Art Jazz Ensemble, at the NYC Baha’i Center Jazz Tuesdays, this evening. We’ll be performing Mike’s great arrangements along with some favourites from the Dizzy Gillespie book, and featuring vocalist Ira Hawkins. 2 shows – 8pm and 9:30pm – and only a $15 cover charge. The Baha’i Center is located on E11th Street between Broadway and University Place, a few blocks south of Union Square, in NYC. Come on out and enjoy a GREAT big band!
