I’ve been travelling a lot lately. Perhaps now even more than I did before the pandemic break. The difference I’ve noticed is that I now struggle much more with jetlag than I used to. I wonder if that’s simply a symptom of being a few years older or if something else is at play? Is anybody else feeling the same way?
